Hi there, updating my PC because it is old enough to attend 3rd grade now and just isn’t cutting it anymore. This is my first custom build and I’m still very new to it so any thoughts/comments/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
This is my current build so far, more workstation oriented since I’ll mostly be using Maya and Zbrush but is still very much WIP. I couldn’t add the CPU and GPU on pcpartspicker so i just put the amazon link next to each one.

I’ve already been told that the CPU and and Motherboard aren’t compatible so I need to do some more research. I was wondering if I should go Xeon vs i7 as well as I heard Xeon is better for 3d applications and rendering.
