Granted, this is a work in progress made with zspheres then a lot of poking and proding. I’m not happy at all with the mouth. And the ears are a disaster.
So far it looks like an alien tried to make a picture of a human using only a description written on a napkin.
Any critique is certainly welcome…as you can see from the picture, it’s a cry for help

I worked a little more on it. The more I use this program the more I learn. The ears are looking better…at least from this angle. I worked on the eye-sockets but I need to fine tune the lids. I also worked on the cheeks and jaw…but now his mouth area kinda looks like an apes. I need to thin this guy up a bit.

Heh heh … I actually really like your model. His face has an excellent look … the mouth gives him tons of personality and even the mismatched eyes really suit him too. Remember how you got this look, because it’s one you can use again in the future as your modelling skills increase.
