New Infinite depth brush - a suggestion

With great excitement I heard about the infinite depth brush setting in the upcoming ZBrush 2020 update. It’s gonna be a gamechanger for hard surface modeling - thanks so much ZBrush team ! Another awesome feature to have would be the possibility so set a defined depth for any brush so that you could, for example, carve into a surface at an even depth. Since that seems somewhat related to infinite depth I was wondering if that option is coming as well.

To some extent you can do this with brushes of the Layer type if you store a morph target. Read the following section on “Non-Buildup of Overlapping Strokes”.
