New in ZBrush Sculpting

Hi guys,
My name is Hamad, am from United Arab Emirates. I really like your sculpting works and I need some of helps from you guys please. I need advices on how I could learn and improve my sculpting skills. I just finishing learning the basic of ZBrush but I still don’t know where I could start sculpting. Most you-tubers are not explain that mush of how to sculpt and if they do, they will do it for 5 mints then they going to commercialising to their expensive only courses :frowning:
And yah I wanna mention that I never try any 3d software before.

Many Thanks,
Hamad

Hello! I’m also relatively new to ZBrush and at the moment, I’m working and scrolling my way through this page -> https://www.zbrushguides.com/start/
Maybe you can check out some of the links and free courses you can find on this site. On the link, you can find a Lynda course too (showcasing a goat creature), but thanks to LinkedIn, you can get a free month trial which is more than enough for that. And while you are there, maybe you can check out some other courses while your free month last (for example there’s a Scarecrow one which I’m planning to do, you can easily find it if you type ZBrush in the LinkedIn search bar).

After I finish these ones and a few others I’ve found on YouTube, I’m planning to check out and follow along some live streams from Shane Olson or Follygon (The Pavlovich Workshop is also a great one). You can easily find a playlist for Shane’s live streams on the Pixologic youtube channel and you can find the full playlist for Follygon’s on his Youtube channel with the same name.

Anyway, I hope I could help a little bit and good luck on your ZBrush journey!

Pixologics youtube has a lot of great tutorials especially form Joseph Drust, Paul Gabory and Michael Palvovich

I also highly recommend checking out some streams on their twitch. Its nice because you can ask question real time. Its also a pretty chill spot to just hang out while you’re sculpting. This is how I learned most of it. You see what they’re doing and then you use google and youtube to figure out how to do it.
