I got a few new IMM brushes, I’ve copied them into the brushes folder, they show up, even show a little number in the corner ( I guess that’s the number models contained ) but when I want to use them, they only place spheres on the model and when I press M , nothing comes up, even though that should show the brush’s content.
Any ideas ? Using zbrush 2021

It sounds like the brush files you have downloaded are corrupt.
If you have any problems creating and using your own IMM brushes, please contact ZBrush Support.
Is there a way to check or shall I go for a refund?

If you contact ZBrush support we’d be happy to have a look at them. 
We have access to many different versions and installation environments. We can at least verify for you whether this is a general issue with those files, a system-specific issue, or a version-specific issue.
However I can’t do anything over the public forums, and I can’t verify anything for you without a file in my hand.
