hmm, this looks pretty freaking awesome, i dnt understand why there havent been more replies, maybe you’ve left people speechless? its my only explanation for it, looks really good and i like all the detail in the face, stuff like this makes me want to aspire to be a master of zbrush!

Id love to see an element or two in the scene that really tells you he is a doctor. He’s got the creepy, but the only way you know he’s a doctor is because you told us 
But I know you said you were only showing us the bust, and youre working on a movie… you might not have alot of time… so this isnt my critique, its just what I want. Heh
