I need to do a proper install on my new computer.
I have already unlicensed the ZBRUSH on my laptop.
I have saved the following files from the drive from my dead PC:
ZBrush_3.5_Installer
ZBrush_4.0_Installer
ZBrush_4R2_Installer_WIN
ZBrush_4R2b_Upgrader_WIN
What is the proper way to install ZBrush on my new PC?

You could open a Support ticket to get a stand-alone installer for version 4R3. https://support.pixologic.com. Be sure to include your serial number so that your account can easily be pulled up.
Alternatively, you can install version 4, then the 4R2 or 4R2b update (only one is needed) and then the 4R3 update. Do not activate the lesser versions; wait until you have completed the update to 4R3.
