OK I now wish ZBrush had voxels so I could sculpt with unlimited geometry.

Anyways I want to add a neck and bust to my head. Can I fuse another sphere onto the existing mesh for example? Can this be done in ZBrush without a lot of fuss?

Since GoZ isn’t available for Blender can I export this head out of ZBrush at the lowest sub level and then add the polys in Blender and then reimport it and go back to the highest Subdivision level? Possible?
