Need some books or DVD's for Anatomy

I want to be good character modeler for features movies and games. But i really need some DVD’s or books so i can learn human anatomy as i learn Zbrush. Can you guys recommend me some books or dvd’s?

Or, if you have or know some good tutorials for learning anatomy and the same time sculpting in Zbrush would be awesome.

there is a whole bunch of stuff out there, sitting on my desk is realistic game characters by ryan kingslien and human anatomy for artists by goldfinger

this and this are the only books i really ever use. i found some dissection videos awhile ago that were interesting, but i rarely look at them for reference unless it’s for an ecorche. other than that i just find random photos of models online in similar poses to whatever i want and use those books to try and understand what i’m looking at. i tend to watch people when i’m out or whatever and try to understand the anatomy i’m looking at and how it moves. i’d probably just recommend doing ecorche sculpts and drawing to get to know the muscles and focus on their structure and form. don’t think about little details.

Ene BarchaiAnatomy for artists”.

I have this one. It is not as detailed as some of the others, but it gives you the anatomy you need to make a difference in your sculpting I think.
