I’m currently on ZBrush 3.2 and need to upgrade to 4R2, 4R2b and then 4R3.
My problem is that I did as they said, “get a ticket” at support, but now what?
I see a window now and some info on green boxes and I see a ticket number on the first slot.
So now what is it that I need to do? I feel like a retard, lol…
