Hello, I’m just trying to create and import textures so I can shift to 3DS Max. I’ve gone to texture map> new poly paint> clone txtr. After clicking clone is when the issues appear. Unfortunately these little breaks and marks come up? They’re not seams, I’ve placed all that on the back. I’m just worried they’re going to show up in 3DS MAx too - what are they and how can I make them go away /Prevent this from happening? I put on poly paint, then placed UVs on. Would it be easier to simply strip the model of poly paint then start again?
It’s even worse when I try to make displacement maps, it’s like there’s gouges where the low poly edges are
