need help with bridge polys

Hey all
Ok so i want to bridge these polys so they look like tubes,ive looked at the pixologic site videos,thought it shows how to bridge 2 polys it dont show how to bridge polys that are not next to each other with curves,if you look at image thats what i want ruffle any ideas,many thanks in advance

never mind gang,im a twat lol i was doing it wrong instead of delteing the peice and using the edge hole live and learn so if admin wnats to delete this post feel free cheers
