need help in normal map seams

im about to finish my sculpting and tried the zmapper and various configuration and it still the normal map seams are really visible :cry:
(im using maya)
does fix uv seams really work? seem nothing happen when i tried it
or im not doing the right thing?
just in case i have to redo my uv, do i have to reSculture the mesh again?
