Hi all!

I am trying to make an updated gallery, and I would like to add some 3d content to it useing flash, or shockwave…

DOse anyone know of a freeware software package that dose this?

I have a bunch of .w3d files and need to make them into SWF files (aperentley, from what I have gathered from tutorials)

is there a Freeware application out there that makes publishable shockwave or flash content from .W3D files?

Thanks in advanced, I am going to go back to googleing… mabie I missed something, and I can find it…

i don’t know of any freeware that does what you want.

Also, i think only shockwave supports 3d objects. w3d is Director’s native format, so you need to export to that format, which you say you did already.

Flash supports sudo-3d, which is 2d vector drawings shaped to look like your 3d object. You can’t generate 3d looking Flash from the Macromedia Flash program, instead it is usually a plug-in to a 3d app to render out flash.

Look at Wax 2 there is flash in outPut
