Necklace Curve Brush issues

Hi there i am trying to make a necklace curve brush out of this mesh i made:

any advice or help would be greatly appreciated

if it helps i have turned on weld points and this seems to be the result:

I presume you want it to look like the image below. Your mesh orientation is wrong. It will have to be rotated 90 degrees before you “Create InsertMesh”.
