Nanomesh function

NanoMesh question… When I insert object using nanomesh is there a function to lock the z rotation to 0 it always puts in a rotation and I correct it after. Also im using a default meshes from several primitives to test the following… when I insert my nanomeshes onto a polymesh 3d the x offset moves the nanomeshes along the Y and the Y moves the meshes along the X. I have check multiple times using several base primitives in default position, the world coordinates match up properly. Y is up…
