FYI to anyone reading the box on Myst III Exile. It works GREAT on Win2K SP2. So if you didn’t buy it because the box says NOT SUPPORTED. Ignore it.

Their pansy 3rd party customer service company just hasn’t bothered to train their CSRs on Win2000. :smiley: :wink:

realMYST, is incredibly cool. The realism with the realtime 3D walk through, and the environmental changes ( realtime light changes ie, day to night/night to day) WAY cool.

There are 2 patches (although I didn’t install the Myst III patch) on Ubisoft site. realMyst, does seem to need it’s patch though.

You have to study the masters to be one. And damnit, if that means playing cool games…well so be it. I am a martyr to 3D.

Researching 3D these days is great fun isn’t it? :slight_smile: Games, movies, TV shows and of course great web communities.
Seems most games are made with 3D Studio, so I’m glad I picked up a show/price copy long ago for 1K. If you have a pillowcase filled with money (just laying around) there is a current promotion for 3DS that comes with a free copy of Macromedia Director.
