Hey Guys. I’ve been using ZBrush for almost 4 months now, and I feel like in order to see more progress I need feed back, so this is my sketchbook. I’ll be posting all of my zbrush works, good or bad. I really appreciate all comments, positive and negative. I’'m also using this to show my progress.
So here are my first models made in zbrush:

good to see that you are using zbrush. it takes time to produce some good work. i suggest you study anatomy. sculpt from life first, then manipulate anatomy. it’ll help a lot!
Thanks! I’ve rented a few anatomy books from the library, and I’m about to buy one. They do help a lot.

I agree with Demilich. Reference will make or break you. Keep it up - it looks like you know how to make ZBrush do what you want. It’s knowing the right way to do it that’s the hard part.

Here’s a W.I.P. I’m working on.
I’m really stuck on his hands. If someone could point me to a tutorial on sculpting hands, It would help me alot.
Another sculpt. I tried to polypaint this one. Any tips on polypainting are greatly appreciated. I’m gonna try to make at least one sculpt a day and posting them. I’m still learning to sculpt a good ear so instead of getting frustrated, I just put the impression of the ears.
