After I used the CurveQuadFill brush to created the skin, then I merge everything, but the strange lines appear on the object. How can I fix that? Someone, please help me. Thank you.

Some mesh is poking through at that point. This can happen with thin meshes that are close together. Turn on polyframes (Shift+F) and you’ll be able to see better what’s happening.
I agree with Marcus, it looks like the skin layer on top of the wing poking through the bottom layer. Use the Move Topological brush to fix it.

That really is weird. Have you tried smooting it out?
