My menu has disappeared, tried resetting my ui, then re installing and its still gone. I am fairly new to zbrush so any help will be greatly appreciated.

That looks normal to me.
Sounds like you may be referring to your tool palate. A lot of palates in zbrush are contextual. So for the tool palate to populate you need to first select a primitive or poly3d mesh from the list of tools in the tool palate. Then the tool palate will populate as normal.
