My laptop, where i have my second ZB licence running on, just blew and crashed so badly, that it starts no more.
What happens, when i can not rcover my licence from that installation, and have to reinstall windows and overwrite the current ZB Installation including the licence?

The activation system compensates for this. When you do a Web Activation and get a message that you’re out of activations there’s a button to list activations. In that list, locate the activation from the failed computer (this is why when activating you’re asked for computer description). Check the box next to that activation and submit the form. This creates a ticket in the support system with the information that we need to fix the serial number and remove the lost activation.
Once done, you’ll get an email back letting you know that you’re good to go.
