yeah looks great… perhaps if you make the teeth really shapr it will look even cooler and lots of drool and such hanging on the tongue

Very cool creature. I just finished Resident Evil 4 and this guy would have fit right in with it. What is your workflow like? Did this start as a base mesh in another app? I hope we can see it textured. Good luck with it!

Great piece of sculpting in Zbrush mate 
Genuinely creepy looking design, I can just envision this in colour (Glossy, oily looking leech like black with highlights?) with plenty of mucous and drool dripping down the chin!
I like the fact you’ve placed all the eyes on one side of the head, it really adds to the warped creepiness of the thing.
