The easiest way is to take a photo of your own eyes if you can or find some reference shots of eyes on the internet like images from 3d.sk or sites like it they do offer free images of faces or search free eye textures. You can take the eyes into photoshop or other editor if you have it and change the color of the eyes and remove highlights.
If you Take a picture of your own eyes don’t have too much light going into your eye and open your eye really big using your fingers open the eyelids really wide without hurting yourself. Put it on your computer. Don’t use a small camera phone unless it is really good.
Then paint them on in ZB using the Spotlight Widget and paint the iris and some of the area around onto a sphere and use the ToyPlastic Material paint a bit of light red like in the one video you have and some veins around the iris. You can also poly paint over this to change it or remove highlights after turning off the spotlight widget. Make sure you have enough subdivisions on your eyeball to hold the quality of the painting and if using a uv map too then make sure the uv map is 1024x1024 or higher you shouldn’t need 4096 though for an eye.
If you don’t have Photoshop or other graphic editor then place a plane on the canvas of ZB using the eye photo texture it to the plane making sure you have a map size of at least 1024x1024 and enough geometry on your plane to keep the photo quality and paint on the plane with poly paint when done go to the texture sub-pallet in the planes tools and click on new texture from polypaint and then save the texture as a PSD file. Now you can paint with the Spotlight widget like before.
Also don’t use the Sphere3d but instead use the PolySphere found in your ZTools folder with all quads and should shape the eye a bit to look more real so that the highlights will shine up right because our eyes are not perfectly round.
Here are some of the tutorials I have found maybe you will find them useful:
This one shows you basically what I was talking about up above just a bit older way of doing it and can be made better: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u5VqMbxkVkM
This one is another way not using the Toy Plastic material but a surrounding sphere that can be rendered transparent and shiny with another sphere underneath that has the iris color and veins it can give a more real like eye if done right: http://www.zbrushcentral.com/showthread.php?165131-Zbrush-4R2-Rendering-Transparency
This tutorial also shows how to make the LightCap/MatCap and even though it is for a shiny black car this tut can be used to make bright and shiny eyes too:

Here’s one more I just ran across looking for something else entirely will use this one myself they give the BPR Settings and Transparency really cool. Scroll a little ways down the page until you see the green guy and there will be a short tut on how he made the eyes for the character.
