Here is a quick update. Make big changes to the Body Patterns I think now they Looks more realistic.

The texture work is great, as a critique though I would say you should definitely spend more time with your forms, double check and refine your anatomy. Some of the muscles, on the leg specifically, look somewhat blobby. I would reference Ostrich legs to get an idea how how they should be shaped and defined. Very nice work otherwise though. 
Thanks alot Yes now where you say it you are devently right it really Looks a Little bit blobby I wollt take some more time on that on my next sculpts.

Heres my Basemesh of it sculpted from simple Dynamesh Sphere.
Here I started to add some muscles.
Here I added some simple wrinkles and retopologize it then.
Here I added the last wrinkles and folds.
Now I started to mask out every skin pattern and after I done this I invert the mask and inflate it.
