Some excellent work on the skin, there. I’d maybe think about re-doing the lashes, which aren’t up to the standard of the rest of your really nice model. The deco brush with a small brush size and one of the soft round alphas will look good for lashes. Find a photo on the net with the head at this angle to the viewer, and paint the lashes as they appear in the photo.
