Is it possible to scatter random meshes when a multi insert brush is turned into nanomesh? Like most of 3d soft do?

Yes, you can control the distribution in several ways. For example, you can apply the Nano to a single polygroup which is randomly created across the polygons of your mesh. Alternatively, you can use the controls in the Tool>NanoMesh sub-palette to randomize the distribution.
