I’m fairly new to ZBrush and for school I’ve been working on making the head of Rowan Atkinson (aka: Mr. Bean)
Any critiques would be great.

This is a nice start! Let me just suggest a few areas to look at. Hopefully with the sketchover, I showed the areas where the distance between certain features need to be addressed. Much of the model is correct, but the ear and mouth are the biggest areas to look at.
Also, look closely at his face and you’ll see planes apparent where you have none, as in the cheekbone area. Look for those types of things when doing likenesses because these are the little nuances that make peoples faces unique.
I hope this helps! Rowan Atkinson is a great one to try. He’s definately got some very unique features!
