"Mozaik" Effect on UVs when exporting from 3ds Max to Zbrush

Hi guys! I’m trying to import UVs from 3ds Max to Zbrush but it breakes my UVs completly making them mozaik looking like. Is there a way to fix it? I tried this method but unfortunately this didn’t solve the problem.   1. What active material are you previewing the mesh with?
