Moving to a perpetual license from a subscription license

I have been using a subscription of ZBrush for the past 8 months, and I just purchased the perpetual license. What is the correct procedure to install it?

Let me say, I have already tried installing it into another folder, and it does not open. It just freezes, and I have to force quit. The subscription version still works, and also was wondering if I get reimbursed for the remainder of the subscription if I cancel it.
