I am trying to use the .mov tuts, but you need quicktime 7 to do so. My problem I have gone to the quicktime site and have tried many time to d/l the player, with no success. I keep getting an error that a “plugin error”. Does anyone know where I can d/l quicktime without going to “their” site which doesn’t work for me. Thanking you in advance for any and all help.
Try and try and f***ing try again. Sorry, thats the only answer I can give, I was trying to download the same thing, for the same reason for months then all of the sudden it worked, a week ago or so. Some of the tutorials really worth watching so have a pill or two and keep downloading. I tried on other sites too but it redirects you to the same page. Also, there is a "quicktime-alternative" player, no good, don
t bother with it.
…have had similar problems. Try using a download manager (plenty free on the web) and use that.
The new version of our website has placed the movies into the webpage itself, using Flash 8. If you download the current Flash player, you should be able to view them without trouble.
Flash??!! Euwee, yucky. I was hoping that had died by now. I’m going back into my cave.
The problem with the video codecs is immense… Regardless what you do, there is always someone who cannto watch it for whatever reason. Flash is pretty much the lowest common denominator… It simply works… And it’s a tad more difficult to ‘download’ a flash movie

I have tried everyone’s suggestions and still no luck…flustrated to say the least, I am a newbie but I guess this is to much for me to handle. Thanks for all your suggestions.
Well after going to the "codec"site, and then trying to install from window explorer search files and installing quick time from there I finally got “quick time” to run. I don’t know why it finally work but for now it does. I guess the “gods” of cyperdom sprinkled fairy dust of my problem. lol Again thanks to everyone who tried to help me, somewhere along the line it MUST have worked. (wink)
