Is there a way to expand the bottom section of zbrush to add more buttons?

Yes there is. Just keep stacking new items underneath existing ones. It’s kind of fiddly though. When dragging a new button, first put it on top of an existing button like the ZRemesher button for example without letting go of it, then slowly drag it down until it snaps below the ZRemesher button. Don’t drag it too far though because you’ll put it in the Script window. You will know it’s in the Script window because you will get a white empty bounding box along the whole bottom of the canvas area.
Yes, it IS really fiddly, but as a 3d modeler who have years of experiences with different 3d making softwares, i’m really used to these things about Zbrush and i guess they’re not going to do anything about it ever.
