Hi,
I have not posted anything in this part of the forum in ages. So here is something different. Back in May I made some floorplans for a friend of mine to be used in a roleplaying game. My first thought was to use Photoshop for most of the project but after a bit of testing I found ZBrush offered a much more organic and in the end, a better result. It took a little more time to complete but that was mainly due to the new approach and untested workflow.
The following 8 A4 sized floorplans were all created entirely in ZBrush, including all the various items. Photoshop was used to overlay the grid and for printing.
Just something different from the usual, excellent, monster filled forum postings. Although I am sure Roleplaying games involve monsters of some sort. Well maybe not “The Tax Man” the official roleplaying game endorsed by your local council. Come to think of it that game must be full of monsters…
