This the first test for a chracter design I have to make.
There is a lot of place that I don´t like (eyes, and texture).
Please any suggestion will be very aprteciated.

hmm im not sure but i think that all technical aspects are fine but the concept isnt somehow. I cant put my finger on it, but somethings looks wrong to me…

Here is a second step.
Erklaerbar, I haven´t any design, this is the design for a make up Fx that I will have to do. So it is a design itself. When I will be happy witrth it , I will made some other verions and a lot of photoshop changes.
I choose cgi to make the designs, it is more real and the producers use to be more receptive to them.
Please if you see something that don´t like I would love to hear it.

Hmm, i think its something with the rear head and ears. But again, thats just my 2c. The second pic looks way better to me (one cant see rear head so well).

it is for a nighmare scene so i´m a little bit free, but i like more that.
I have use the first mesh but making new eyes, marvellous be save most of the steps!!!

He is real creepy!
Mostly teeths are growing out from a bone, so I think the teeths in the corners of his mouth are a bit unnatural. Sure they look creepy but they are useless there.
hey now that looks great, would love to see where you take it. And if course a shot of the final make up if possible.

i think its looks pretty cool now. The overall look could be improved shaderwise, i dont think you need to change textures for that (In fact they work well IMHO).
