Modelling from pictures

Hello,

I am learning how to use ZBrush by trying to replicate textures and shapes from photos that my boss wants me to create.

The goal is to understand how to apply these shapes onto an imported body, which the below image shows one of my attempts on the test body.

There are two shapes that I am having major difficulty attempting to recreate.

How would I go about recreating both of these shapes in ZBrush?

My idea is
mesh 1 use crease brush with radial symmetry may use layer to exaggerate detail.
mesh 2 use arraymesh then use move tropological to adjust shape.

Also You don’t need to actually work on the body might just use it as a cage,
and building new mesh to match it in transparent mode.
