Modeling with ZSpheres in Preview Mode

I am stumped. I created a Zsphere model and Stored the Morph Target before continuing on to edit the mesh. I saved the model as zbody1.ztl and edited the mesh further. When I reuse this tool - I have no trouble reposing this model using the Zspheres and the mesh behaves as it should.

Now the problem - I went to add more detail to the model and because I was experimenting with the modeling I saved another copy as zbody2.ztl. I did NOT modify the original zpheres in anyway. When I redraw this model and preview, everything looks at it should except that I can no longer pose this model without severe disortion of the mesh. I can not DEL Target and Store a new one as it corrupts the mesh - especially along the arms and hands area. Something else that is strange is that when I draw the ZSphere model and go to preview the mesh, it brings up the mesh model at half the size of the ZSphere model (my original model does not do this - so I suspect that is part of the problem).

Does anyone know what I might have done to cause this problem? I dont mind redoing the modeling but I hate to go through it all again and run into the same problem.

Did you by chance use the Size deformation on the preview mesh – such as if you wanted to make the brush smaller for finer detail?

I didnt use a size deformation that I recall, Aurick, unless it was something I could have done through an accidental keystroke (shortcut).

Edit - I tested your theory by trying to adjust the size deformation on the preview mesh of the faulty .ztl and it does appear to have some effect. Hopefully I can adjust it back to where the mesh is again poseable. Thanks again - you are a lifesaver!
