Modeling Reference: Franz Xaver Messerschmidt

Hi Folks …
this is my first Post here. I just found some Info on Franz Xaver
Messerschmidt’s Works here and remembered my School-Teacher
recommending his Works back then. Now i’ve found a Book featuring
his Works at Amazon. He lived from 1736 until 1783, and here’s an
Example of his marvellous Work. There’s more on the Web.

Hi,

good to know that Messerschmidt is being appreciated by younger people as well. He is absolutely marvellous. BTW, the book at amazon is definitely worth buying.

I hope I wasn’t the teacher who recommended Messerschmidt to you, but I guess not
