This is well within Zbrush’s capabilities, though your approach may change with whether you are looking to render more photo-realistic fur, or a more sculpted looking, stylistic fur.
For realism, you may wish to use Fibermesh. For a more sculpted look, if you search for Zbrush+fur, you should find many tutorials on more sculpted, brush based fur techniques.
