The model looks correct in Blender + Marmoset.
Face direction is correct in Blender. When FBX imports to ZB, there are missing faces. “Double” and Flip faces dont’ fix it and Mesh Integrity shows no error.
What are some other things to consider checking?

a little dumb question in case you can reimport the model in the package which is the one used to export the original FBX file, do it re-import without missing faces ?

Good sugestion. I don’t have the Revit app it was expoted from but I am trying other apps to import/export the file and see if anything changes.

@sadicus - perhaps there are ngons in the mesh. Zbrush only supports 3 & 4 sided polygons. Blender supports ngons. (I don’t know about Marmoset). To check, convert all polygons to tris and/or quads in Blender and then reimport into Zbrush. If the missing faces are visible then you know that’s the problem.
