model doesn't appear on stage when using a purchased ztl

Hey Team, I’m a total newb with Zbrush. I’m using OSX 10.9.5, 2.6 GHz i7, 16 GB RAM, Zbrush 4r7 64. I purchased a model from TurboSquid (the file date on the model is 2008) and when I drag to create the model on the stage I get the following when I attempt to zoom out:

TurboSquid was able to get the ztl to work on their end and has been super helpful. We eventually got an .obj version of the model to work. However it would be really useful to use the source .ztl file since it has separated sub tools to work with. Any idea why I’m getting the displayed issue? Many times Zbrush will crash while zooming out. I have already experimented with raising Mem Preferences. The model itself does seem rather large at 230MB. Any thoughts? Thanks so much in advance.

What you might try is, load the ztool into the 32 bit version first and see if it loads properly. If it does, then save the ztool in the 32 bit version (with a different name) then try to open that in the 64 bit version. Also if you still have an older version of ZBrush like 4R6 then try loading into that and saving it out before loading into 4R7.
