mirroring problem

This is my first zbrush work, please help me to find out errors and proper anatomy.
Am getting trouble in sculpting eyes and mouth.
i detailed left eye using masking method(ctrl+shift and drag) using symmetry, as usual it didnt come that detail to right eye… so is there any alternative process for mirroring that to other side, if there any methods without disturbing anatomy, please share your opinions…
thank you…

It would be helpful to know how you are doing your modeling.
Box modeling. Base mesh + clay , Dynamesh etc.

You can mirror form with the Tool >Deformation >Smart Resym function. Simply mask the “good eye”, and any other details you want to protect, and it will mirror the form to the other side without touching any masked areas. This function works best with meshes that are symmetrical in terms of vertex counts from side to side. Note that it only mirrors form–it doesn’t change the base geometry in any way.

Tool>Geometry> Modify Topology> Mirror and Weld will force actual geometric symmetry from side to side, but everything will be mirrored.

In general, it would be better to finish your symmetrical sculpting (like eyes) first before you begin asymmetric detailing, in order to avoid problems.
