Mirror with layers and subdiv levels?

Hello, I have several poses and changes done to the model in different layers. These are into the the 2 level of subdivision. But the model has got 6 levels of subdivision.

I want to mirror a pose of one of the layers, but I don’t want to lose the other layers and subdivision levels.

Is there any way to do that?

Thanks in advance

As long as your point order doesn’t change, what you do at one level will not lose what you’ve done at the other levels.

Thank you for the answer aurick, but my problem is because I can’t make a mirror because I have subdivision levels.
Is there any other way for doing a mirror without losing the subdivisions?

I tried mirroring with Subtool Master, exporting and importing as obj, with transpose master,… but I get nothing.

There are errors about memory, zbrush crash when I try to do actions at the 6 level. And when I reconstruct subdivisions after mirrored, the other layers are lost, with weird geometry… I think this is because I change the vertex order with the mirror action.

So I tried to use Smart Resym, masking some areas and translating to other layers by the morph tool, and then inverting the mask.
But the result is not perfect, there are artifacts because of the seam of the mask and the eyes are not in the correct position…

Any idea about it? What do you do when you want to invert some areas of a pose or all the body without changing the point order? Sculpt again? Another easier method? Thanks.
