im having a lot of trouble with my model moving out of place when im detailing. the meshes have to be at the same spot in order to extract a displacement map. anybody have this problem? its happening with all the models i try. im in edit mode and when i check the base mesh target one of the 2 models is moved somehow. is there a specific tutorial or work flow i should try? im using the practical manual as a guide. it was suggested that if the edits are very large then the object axis may move but as you can see they are not very big. any help or a confirmation that im not the only one having this problem or a pointer to a thread discussing this would be great.
