I remember this could be adgusted in 1.5 but I cant seem to find it in 1.55…anyone know?

As far as I can recall the Polyframe line thickness has never been adjustable. You can change the color, the opacity and anti-aliasing but not the thickness.
However, by using the PF mode with a material that has been given a high color bump value, you can create the illusion that the line is thicker.
