A well done portrait, technically speaking.
Some work on face could produce a more powerful portrait. I don’t know the guy though.
Attention when fixing levels in Ps or other apps, apply some noise first, avoid gradient scaling effect this way. (background)
But a fine portrait anyway.

other than the face seems to be a bit too symmetry… this is perfect .
