Is there a way to merge two Zproject files whilst keeping the exact co-ordinates of each? Or importing subtools in the exact co-ordinates they were in the original Zproject?
You would need to save the models as ZTLs through the Tool>Save As button then use SubTool Master>Multi Append to append one ZTL to the other. All the subtools will be appended.
