hi every one
maybe this not directly related to zbrush but i posted this problem to cgtalk and mymentalray forum :
i recently switch over mentalray for my character rendering,my main problem is :the sss shader within max don’t work if put it under any sub material,actually i have the character with 4 uv region ,but i can’t render the right displacement with sss+disp shader
i even use zap skin+ shader and read his blog about that but it’s not working,one way i find is use composite map in displacement slot but this is not working too
as a side note my displacement setting working well when use in one slot but i need 4 slot for my entire head+body…
if any body have any suggestion it would be great to hear :rolleyes:
