maya uvs for a native ztool

[font=Times New Roman]I created my model in zbrush resulting from zspheres and did a retopoly also in zrbsuh afterwards. Now i have my retopologized zrbrush tool with 6 subdivision and nice polyflow on the cage.

I would like to take a low subdisision level of it and do the uv job for it in maya than transfer this clean and paintable uv sollution back onto my tool within zbrush that i created in the retopology process and than calculate dispalcements for it based on the maya uvs.

I am very unsure about this workflow für a maya uv job for native zbrsuh tools. beauce

Untill now i only did the low les model form maya with uvs for it already done there- to zbrsuh workflow, so

Export subdivision level 1 of your model from ZBrush. In Maya, make sure that the “Create Multiple Objects” import setting is disabled, then import the model and UV it. Now export it again, return to ZBrush and import the model while level 1 is selected. The new UV’s will update the model without losing anything you’ve done at higher levels.
