Material Cavity Intensity doesn't do anything in BPR render

Does anyone have experience using the “Cavity Intensity” parameter in the Material Modifier? I can’t get it to do anything in BPR renders. When I use materials that use Cavity Detection, they work just fine, but I’d like to use the Basic Material except to have it make cavities darker. Seems that there is something else I need to set in order to make a BPR render use Cavity Intensity.

Thanks

Some material effects need Best render in order to show. Press Render>Best first and then BPR immediately after and the two will be combined.

Oh wow! Hah! You’re right. That was my problem. I hadn’t done much rendering in ZBrush before and always thought that BPR automatically did “Best” when it rendered. Obviously I was so very wrong. Cavity Intensity is now working just as the docs indicate. Thanks!
