I don’t know what i did (nothing really, havent changed my layout for years) but since the last version of Zbrush my masking Lasso is like this ?
What and how can i fix it/ revert it to the old smooth selection ?

Lazy Mouse is on. Turning it off or lowering the LazyStep value (default .25) should smooth out the stroke. You also have the Smoothness slider in the Strokes palette.
