What determines the DRAW mask size? Weird, i have made teeth like this before but i cant figure out what i’m doing wrong…at first i had no GUV map, then i created a 1024 map. both get the same result.
It is made of zspheres (to be posed)The mesh is subdivided to 8, so what determines the Mask size when viewing zspheres in adaptive mode…?
My guess is something to do with the Zsphere level?
on searchin ZBC i found this:
Trying to mask individual polygons is a very difficult prospect. The only way I can reliably think to do it is by painting the mask in TextureMaster, with Transform>Quick 3D Edit turned on. That way, you can paint specific polygons to be black. When done, convert your texture to an alpha, and then apply that to the model as a mask.
…But i’m not clear as to what Transform>Quick 3D Edit turned on
refers to…? any one have any pictures or Zscripts…?
Thanks!
The Quick 3D Edit button is one of the buttons on the top shelf, by the Polyframe button.
You might also try using the Size deformation to increase the scale of the model, which in turn reduces the size of the edit brush in relation to it.
